FFL Compliant
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms requires that a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer keep a complete description of any firearm on the dealer’s premises in a hand written “Bound Book” along with the name and address of the person bringing the firearm into the shop and the name and address of the person who picked up the firearm. FFL Compliant negates the need for a “Bound Book”. FFL Compliant follows the guidelines set out in ATF Rul. 2008-2. FFL Compliant is a multi-user data base application that tracks firearm inventory and repairs. It also automatically keeps track of all firearm transactions and movements and generates the required “Firearms Acquisition and Disposition Report” and the other required Federal, State, County and City reports.
